At KG Private Educators, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to kgprivateeducators.com, and KG Private Educators and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to KG Private Educators include kgprivateeducators.com and KGPE. The KGPE website is an educational services site. By using the KGPE website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

  

Collection of your Personal Information 

KGPE may ask for personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number to render services and on our emergency contact form.

  

KGPE may also collect demographic information such as your: age and gender to discern if our services are right for your family.

  

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: submitting your credit card or other payment information when paying for services. None of your financial information will be retained by KGPE.

  

Sharing Information with Third Parties 

KGPE does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists or any information to third parties. 

  

Student Policy

We take the privacy of our students extremely seriously and ask every parent to sign a photo consent for this purpose, explicitly stating the only emails and/or phone numbers that are approved to receive KGPE student’s weekly and quarterly evaluations. We pledge student photos are used solely for the purposes of communication of student growth. Photos will never be used for promotional material, publications, social media, or shared privately with anyone else. 

  

E-mail Communications 

From time to time, KGPE may contact you via email for the purpose of confirming scheduling, weekly and quarterly student evaluations, payments, and/or other general communication. 

  

Changes to this Statement 

KGPE reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account.
