CANCELLATION POLICIES

As your educator will inform you during your client consultation meeting, KGPE classes are scheduled by semester. You will receive a confirmation email following your parent consultation with your agreed-upon date and time and will be informed of any KGPE observed dates and/or holidays.

KGPE sends invoices monthly. If you know of a foreseen reason you will not be able to attend your regular class, please inform before the 1st to not be charged.

Of course, things come up, and KGPE is committed to working with our families. For a last-minute cancelation, classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. Classes canceled without at least 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. We appreciate your partnership and will always do our best for our KGPE families.
